Abstract
The work is devoted to the cultivation of sea-buckthorn in Tamchinskaya valley of the Republic of Buryatia and application of energy saving technology for processing of fruits with the production of sea-buckthorn oil. These studies indicate that to improve the quality of sea-buckthorn oil peasant (farm) should combine this technology with a certain selection of culture.
