Abstract
Explore the history of the formation of scientific bases of selection and technical processes in the poultry industry, as well as the causal relationships between them. It was established that the twentieth century. characterized by the transition from small-scale farming to industrial complexes - the period of transition the industry on an industrial basis, characterized by intensification of the poultry industry, the rapid development of genetics and the discovery of heterosis effect; Build cross hens based on simple lines are crossed; formation and development of automation as a science, the use of mechanical and electrical systems in which automated processes such as incubation, maintenance and rearing of poultry, watering, picking and packing eggs, veterinary and sanitary provision.
