POSSIBILITIES OF UTILIZATION WHEAT GRAIN ON ETHANOL DEPENDING TO AGRICULTURE SYSTEMS

Abstract
On the basis of our experimental researches it is positioned that the highest yield of alcohol from winter wheat grain was grown in the conditions of northern Forest-steppe, using the biological agricultural system has provided. We recommend using such grain for production best kinds of alcohol such as "Lux" and "Ekstra" that going on preparation of high-quality alcoholic production. The grain grown at ecological and intensive systems of agriculture, in case of loosing their high bakery qualities, is more expedient to use in other branches of the food-processing industry.
