Abstract
The structure of the automated workplace for the fish breeder of sturgeon plant focused on the solution of research tasks is considered. The scheme of database for experimental data is provided in IDEF1X notation. Use of PolyAnalyst system for receiving empirical models: duration of maturing for sturgeon, a beluga and a sterlet is considered.
