Abstract
The article is devoted to holidays estimates organized by the authorities of the Mound together with the inspection of the public schools in the early twentieth century. The article considers the importance of these activities for Kurgan and southern TRANS-Ural region in particular. These holidays had a great impact on students, contributing to their environmental, labor and physical education.
