Abstract
One of the most important and urgent problems of reclamation industry is rationing irrigation of crops. The paper analyzes the issues of optimizing moisture and rationing water demand of crops. The importance of taking into account the effect of dry winds effects on total water consumption in the simulation modes crop irrigation.
