PROTEINIC AND IMMUNOGLOBULINIC COMPOSITION OF BLOOD SERUM OF NEWBORN LAMBS AND CALVES BEFORE FEEDING BY COLOSTRUMS

Abstract
1. Work results of studying proteins and immunoglobulins spectrum of whey of lood of newborn lambs and calves by methods electrophoreses in agar gel, immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusione are presented.
2. By electrophoreses in agar gel in whey of blood of newborn lambs and calves are found out IgG1 and IgМ at 32 and 36 % of the investigated lambs and calves accordingly.
3. The application of more sensitive methods - immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion resuls to 36 and 42 % accordingly.
4. Other classes of immunglobulins it is not revealed.
5. The obtained results specifies in special importance of feeding colostrum as a main source of antibodies and cоlоstral immunity at newborn lambs and calves.
