Abstract
The article discusses the development in Tomsk province motion holidays arbor among pupils in urban and rural schools of the Ministry of public education in the early years of the twentieth century. The publication is devoted to the organization of holidays of planting trees in Tomsk, Barnaul, districts of the province. The paper presents the experience of estimates in schools. The attention is focused on the recommendation of the Professor of the Tomsk University Sapozhnikova V.V. on the organization of planting trees.
