Abstract
In article forest exploitation of peasants of the Tobolsk province at the end of the XIX century on the basis of publications of the exiled revolutionary poet P. A. Grabovsky is considered. This aspect of life of the poet is studied insufficiently. In work the attention is focused on forest exploitation in Yalutorovsk the district of the Tobolsk province. The various traditionally developed options of using are considered by the wood.
