Abstract
The genotyping technique which was used earlier for discrimination of bacterial isolates, was applied for Escherichia coli and Salmonella enterica. Search for optimal restriction endonucleases allowed for selecting pair of enzymes suitable simultaneously for these pathogen species. Data obtained will help plan veterinary measures aimed at prevention of infectious diseases in chicken.
