Abstract
Investigated hitherto studied levels and lipid sources in compound feed for quail meat. It was found that the use of compound feed in feeding quail meat direction of productivity to the level of 5% fat and adding to them soybean oil improves the efficiency and quality of meat products. It is proved that the use in feeding quail meat direction of productivity at the age of 1-49 days of feed with crude fat content of 5% increases in body weight of 5.6 - 6.0%, average daily gain - 5.8%, gutted carcass weight - on 6,7-8,0%, increases the weight of the edible parts: the pectoral muscles - on 8,2-12,4%, the muscles of the hind limbs - by 11,5-12,3%.
