Abstract
There is a formula for calculating the number of biogroups of trees and the distances between them on the forest areas. Definition number of biogroups will allow to pick up the rational technological scheme of development of cutting areas taking into account placement of biogroups of trees and thereby to reduce damage dealt for the best and auxiliary trees during thinning.
